Headquarters for the Collin County Association of Realtors® is conveniently located south of Legacy Drive and north of Spring Creek Parkway. The modern facility has 4,100 square feet of meeting space that can comfortably accommodate up to 210 people. Seating large groups is most efficient utilizing up to 25 round tables with eight chairs per table. Rectangular tables are also available and custom room set up is optional. The banquet room has a 23 x 22 square foot dance floor and a stage area that is 23 x 11 square feet. A podium with microphone is available. The kitchen facility includes microwave oven, double oven, bun warmer, refrigerator/freezer, and a serving window from the kitchen window to the banquet room. An outdoor marquee advertises your event and free parking is available. |
